摘要
首先对牵引电机机座进行有限元静强度计算,然后对其进行应力谱的动态测试,最后介绍工程上应用比较广泛的英国BS疲劳设计规范。对牵引电机机座进行了疲劳寿命预测,结果表明,采取焊接机座的牵引电机具有足够的疲劳强度。
Traction motor frame's static strength is firstly calculated by Finite Element Method,then dynamic testing of stress spectrum is carried out,and lastly BS standard,which is applied extensively to engineering,is introduced.Based on BS standard,fatigue life of the frame of traction motor is predicted and the result shows that the strength of the welded frame for the traction motor is sufficient.
