摘要
针对某公司生产的209P(T)转向架C型焊接构架在段修时发现构架横梁腹板和侧梁下盖板的垂向连接焊缝处出现裂纹的一事,某公司迅速组织人员进行攻关,提出改进结构,并通过有限元分析计算对比、线路动应力测试对比和疲劳寿命评估对比,论证了改进结构的可行性。呈报铁道部得到批复同意实施。
The craek was found between side beam lower plate and lateral beam web when 209P(T) Bogie C Type Welded Frame was examined and repaired. The company had a meeting on crack analysis, improvement measure was provided. Comparison between the original structure and improvement structure was done by finite element analysis, dynamic stress test on line and fatigue life prediction. This improvement measure is effectual. MOR approves it to put in practiee.
