花椒精油活性成分及其提取方法与生理功能的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 花椒精油又叫花椒挥发油,是由花椒果皮所提取分子量较小的挥发性精油类物质,颜色以无色或浅黄色为主,提取过程中可以随蒸气蒸出,是花椒的原次生代谢产物。花椒精油具有氧化、杀虫、降血脂和改善肠道健康等多种作用,而花椒精油作为花椒中特有的生物活性成分,其功能活性成分和生理功效的评价的研究还处于初级阶段。因此,对花椒精油的主要活性成分、提取方法及生理作用的国内外研究进展进行综述,旨在为花椒精油的系统深入研究提供参考。 Zanthoxylum oil,also called Zanthoxylum volatile oil,is a volatile essential oil matters with low molecular weight extracted from Zanthoxylum bungeanum peel.It is of colorless or light yellow mainly,and can be steamed out with steam during extraction process.Zanthoxylum oil is the primary secondary metabolite of Z.bungeanum.Zanthoxylum oil has multiple functions including oxidation,insecticide,reducing blood fat and improving intestinal health.Zanthoxylum oil is a special bioactive component in Z.bungeanum,the research on evaluation of its functional active component and physiological function is still at primary stage.Therefore,the research progress on main active component,extraction method and physiological function of Zanthoxylum oil at home and aboard are reviewed to provide a reference for systematic and deep research on Zanthoxylum oil.
