摘要
目的探讨军人吸烟原因与心理健康的关系。方法采用Russell吸烟原因问卷(RRSQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对196名官兵测查,并进行因素的统计分析。结果义务兵吸烟原因以心理意象为主,士官以依赖和成瘾为主;SCL-90的焦虑和敌对因子得分显著大于军人常模。RRSQ药理维度的后5个分量表与SCL-90多个因子呈正相关。结论长期依赖性吸烟者容易发生心理性疾病。
[ Objective ] To investigate the relationship between reasons for smoking and psychological health of soldiers. [Methods] Russell Reasons for Smoking Questionnaire （RRSQ） and Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90 ） were adopted to conduct investigation on 196 military officers and soldiers; statistical analysis was made on the factors. [ Results ] Psychological imago was the major reason for smoking among the compulsory soldiers, while dependence and addiction were the major reasons among the officers ; the scores of anxiety and hostility in SCL -90 among the soldiers were significantly higher than that of the soldiers＇ norm. There is a significant correlation between the later 5 semi - questionnaires of RRSQ standing for drug dimensionality and multiple SCL - 90 factors. [ Conclusion] Long- term dependence on smoking might lead to psychological diseases among the smokers.
