摘要
目的了解边远地区基层官兵身体健康状况及其影响因素,为提高基层部队医疗保障水平提供依据。方法采取健康体检及问卷调查的方法,了解西北边远艰苦地区基层连队食品保障、官兵生活饮食习惯和健康状况。结果西北边远艰苦地区官兵总患病率为29.65%,慢性病患病率和知晓率分别为:超重与肥胖37.71%和7.16%,高血压9.28%和4.08%,脂肪肝15.2%和11.44%,高尿酸血症13.96%和零。其他常见疾患为睡眠不佳、血管神经性头痛、慢性胃炎、结石、沙眼、慢性结膜炎、痔疮、皮肤疾患等。在饮食及不良生活方式方面存在的主要问题,从高往低排列为:摄入水果少的占79.1%,摄入鱼类少的占73.23%,吸烟者占72.64%,摄入牛奶少的占71.74%,口味偏咸的占59.01%,饮酒的占58.71%,摄入豆制品少的占49.25%,饮水少的占48.36%,经常吃夜宵的占46.76%,经常喝含糖饮料的占45.97%,主食超量的占30.50%,喜食油腻的占22.99%。结论应加大西北边远地区基层连队官兵的生活、医疗保障,加强官兵健康教育及管理,提高部队战斗力水平。
[ Objective]To understand the physical condition among officers and soldiers in northwest remote areas and its influencing factors, provide a basis for improving the medical level in grassroots units. [ Methods] By using physical examination and unifled questionnaire survey, the status of food security, lifestyle, dietary habit and physical condition among officers and soldiers in northwest remote areas were investigated. [ Results ] The total prevalence rate among servicemen in northwest remote areas was 29.65%. The prevalence rate and awareness rate of chronic diseases were as follow： overweight and obesity was 37.71% and 7. 16%, hypertension was 9.28% and 4.08%, fatty liver was 15.2% and 11.44%, as well as hyperuricemia was 13.96% and O. Other common diseases included sleep disorder, angioneurotic headache, chronic gastritis, calculus, trachoma, chronic conjunctivitis, piles and skin illness. The main problems on dietary habits and unhealthy lifestyle？ in sequence were： inadequate intake of fruit （79.1% ） , inadequate intake of fish （73.23% ） , smoking （72.64% ） , inadequate intake of milk （71.74%） , high intake of salt （59. O1% ） , drinking （58.71% ） , inadequate intake of bean products （49.25 % ） , low fluid intake （48.36% ）, frequently midnight snack （ 46.76% ） , high intake of sugared beverages （ 45.97% ） , excess intake of staple food （ 30.50% ） , and heavy greasy food （22.99%）. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen life and medical guarantee among officers and soldiers in northwest remote areas, and improve the health education and management, to enhance the combat effectiveness.
