摘要
目的:采用 HPLC 法测定丹皮酚软膏(霜)中丹皮酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为 Hypersil C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-水(50:50);流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:274 nm。结果:丹皮酚进样量在0.05～0.54 μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为98.7%,RSD 为2.0%。结论:本法准确,重现性好。
Objective：Use an HPLC method to determine the contents of paeonol in the compound paeonol cream. Method ： Hypersil C18 column （150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5μm） was used;The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water （50： 50） ,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 ;The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results：Paeonol has a good linear relation in the range of 0. 05 -0. 54μg（ r = 0. 9998 ）, the average recovery（ n = 6）was 98.7% （RSD = 2. 0% ）. Conclusion：The method is accurate and reproducible.
