摘要 细胞因子是机体细胞(主要指免疫细胞)产生的一类具有广泛生物学活性的异质性肽类调节因子,在体内能激活免疫活性细胞,对免疫应答的产生和调节有重要作用。近年来,大量研究表明细胞因子可作为DNA疫苗佐剂来增强疫苗的免疫效果。简要综述了细胞因子作为DNA疫苗免疫佐剂的研究进展。 Cytokines are a kind of regulation factors which have broad bio-activities and can activate the immune cells and involve in immune response. They play a significant role in the generation and regulation of immune response in vivo. DNA vaccination is a novel immunization strategy that has great potential for the development of vaccines and immune therapeutics. An important limitation of DNA immunization in human is the difficulty in generating high levels of antigenspecific antibody responses. It was found in recent studies that certain adjuvant of DNA vaccine, such as cytokines, can greatly amplify immune response, which may help to develop more effective DNA vaccine. Here, the recent progress on cytokines as DNA vaccine adjuvant was reviewed.
