摘要
对转PinII基因抗虫水稻T0、T1、T2代群体的株高、穗长、穗总粒、结实率、千粒重以及田间虫害发生率进行了研究,从中选出有利用价值的广谱抗虫性增强的材料20份,同时获得了一些矮化和分蘖能力增强的材料,这些工作对水稻抗虫新品种选育以及水稻基因功能分析和基因分离克隆具有重要意义。
Plant height, panicles length, number of panicles, number of grains per panicle, seed setting rate, 1000-grain weight and insect resistance efficiency of Pinll transgenic rice T0,T1 ,T2 were researched. 20 useful materials resistance to the insect were obtained. Some dwarf plants and tillers increased plants of transgenic rice were obtained. These results were very important for rice breeding and gene functional analysis and gene separation clone.
