摘要
近年来,我国民营经济蓬勃发展,已逐步成为国民经济的重要组成部分和县域经济的重要支撑。与此同时,黑龙江省民营经济也获得了长足发展,但与先进省份相比还存在较大差距。总的来看,黑龙江省的民营经济起步晚,发展慢,层次低。认真分析黑龙江省民营经济发展的现状、存在的问题并据此提出加快黑龙江省民营经济发展的对策措施,对于促进黑龙江省经济的持续快速健康发展,具有重要的现实意义。
In recent years private enterprises have developed very quickly all over China, which become the main component of national economy. However, Heilongjiang Province has been left behind other provinces in this area because of starting late so it remains a low level. The paper analyzes the existing problems in the private enterprises of Heilongjiang Province and puts forward the countermeasures. It will prove important practical significance in promoting the economy of Heilongjiang Province to achieve continuous development.
