摘要
科学技术进步对我国经济和社会发展的重要作用日益突出,加强科技保密,确保国家秘密技术形成的技术优势得到充分发挥,对促进科技创新、推动科技发展方面有重要意义。本文论述了我国现行科技信息保密工作中的法律规范,并对我国科技信息保密的法律体系及其运行机制进行了分析。

Strengthening scientific and technical secrecy and giving full play to technical advantages formed by national secret technologies are. of great significance in promoting scientific and technical innovation and pushing forward scientific and technical development. This paper refers to the laws and regulations about scientific arid technical information secrecy in China, and gives an analysis of the law system and operating mechanism of scientific and technical information secrecy in China.
