摘要
采用一种半经验电子输运模型,改进了部分参数计算方法,编制了能够快速计算光子剂量增强效应的计算程序。计算了60Coγ射线辐照Au/Al界面时Al中的剂量分布,与实验结果进行了比较,并分析了各种组分的次级电子对剂量增强因子的贡献。
A semi-empirical electron transport model developed by Garth has been improved on the calculation of some parameters. The model was programmed for calculating dose enhancement effect quickly. The prediction of dose profile for Au/Al interface was in agreement with our 60 Co γ-ray data. The model was also applied to analyze the contribution of the individual secondary electron group to the dose enhancement factor.
