摘要
采用两种催化体系制备了聚四甲基苯撑硅氧烷-二苯基硅氧烷(PTMPS-DPS)共聚物。用凝胶色谱分析、广角 X光衍射分析、示差扫描量热分析(GPC、 WAXD、 DSC)等方法研究了 60Co γ射线辐照对 PTMPS-DPS共聚物形态结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经过 8.5x105Gy大剂量辐照后, PTMPS-DPS共聚物的平均分子量、结晶度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率等变化不大。使用非平衡催化体系可以进一步提高PTMPS—DPS共聚物的耐辐照性能。
Poly(Tetramethyl-p-Silphenylene-Diphenylsiloxane) (PTMPS-DPS)copoly- mer was synthesized by two different catalysts. The effect of 6oCo r irradiation on morphological structure and mechanical properties of PTMPS-DPS copolymer was investigated by using of GPC, WAXD, DSC, et al. The result showed that molecular weight, crystallinity, tensile strength and elongation at break were not changed very much by irradiation with dose of 8.5 x 105Gy. The copolymer by means of the nonequilibrium catalysis system has a better irradiation stability.
