摘要
目的:考察头孢噻肟钠在葡萄糖注射液中的稳定性及其与苯唑西林钠配伍的可能性,为临床使用提供依据.方法:HPLC法分离、测定头孢噻肟钠及其降解产物,同时现察一定时间内配伍液的外观、pH值变化.结果:其稳定性主要与温度和时间有关,苯唑西林钠对其稳定性无影响.结论;两者可以配伍;头孢肟钠单独使用和与苯唑西林钠配伍,在葡萄糖注射液中 4℃时,48h以上稳定;25℃和37℃时,分别在12h和4h内稳定.
VE: The stability of cefotaxime sodium in glucose injection and compatibility with oxacillinwere studied, provided a scientific basis for rationalized use of CIX.METHOD: 1 g of CTX and/or 1 g of OX was added to 100ml glucose injection, and were stored at 4,25,37℃, CTX concentration was measured by HPLC, at that time, mixed solution caused the change in the appearance and pH were observed. RESULTS: The stability was related to the change in temperature and time, OX were of no effect on stability of CIX in glucose injection. CONCLUSION: Both can compatible, CTX in glucose injtection was stable for up to 48hours when stored at 4℃ , and for at least 12and 4hours at 25℃, 37℃ respectively.
