摘要
目的比较两种穿刺途径在双侧无菌性股骨头坏死介入治疗中的优缺点。方法统计双侧无菌性股骨头坏死作一次介入治疗所需费用、效果、并发症及患者痛苦程度。结果两种穿刺途径疗效及并发症相同,但经肱动脉入径治疗费与材料费大约能节约50%,而且患者痛苦小。结论经肱动脉穿刺介入治疗双侧无菌性股骨头坏死是安全、有效、患者痛苦小而且治疗费用低的一种方法。
Objective The advantage of two puncture pathways was compared in the interventional therapy of bilateral avascular necrosis femoral head, Methods The expense, effect, complication and patient tolerance of single interventional therapy of bilateral avascular necrosis femoral head were statistically studied. Results The effect and complication of the two puncture pathway were same. The method using the pathway through brachial artery can save material cost for about 50%. And the painful extent was smaller the method. Conclusion Using the pathway through brachial artery for the interventional therapy of bilateral avascular necrosis femoral head was safe, effective, lers painful and relative cheap in cost.
