摘要
GS-CD型床单位消毒机为床单位和室内空气两用消毒机。为了解其消毒性能,采用现场消毒试验和仪器测定法进行了试验研究。结果,启动床单位消毒器10 m in后,臭氧浓度为2496 mg/m3。满载卧具情况下,启动消毒机消毒10 m in,对纸质载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌及床单上自然菌的杀灭率均为100%。在20 m3气雾室内启动消毒机作用45m in,对污染在空气中的白色葡萄球菌杀灭率均达99.90%以上;在65 m3房间内启动消毒机作用90 m in,对空气中自然菌消除率均达到90%以上。结论,GS-CD型床单位空气两用消毒机可在短时间内产生较高臭氧浓度,对细菌繁殖体杀灭效果较好,对床单位和室内空气都具有较好的消毒效果。
GS - CD - type bed unit disinfector is a dual purpose disinfector for disinfection of bed unit and indoor air. In order to know its disinfection property, field disinfection trial and instrument measurement method were used to carry out experimental study. Results： After operation of the bed unit disinfector for 10 min, the ozone concentration was 2496 mg/ m^3. Under condition of full loading of bedding in it, operation of it for 10 min killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on paper carriers and the natural bacteria on sheets. Operatioin of it for 45 min in 20 m^3 aerosol chamber killed over 99.90% of Staphylococcus albus in air and operation of it in 65 m^3 room for 90 min eliminated over 90% of the natural bacteria in air. Conclusions： GS - CD - type bed unit - air dual purpose disinfector can produce relatively high concentration of ozone in short time. It has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and good efficacy in disinfection of bed unit and indoor air.
