摘要
本研究从合理利用军队医疗资源、方便部队就医的角度出发,探讨优化医疗保障关系。通过对医疗保障关系诸要素分析、量化,运用运筹学有关方法,建立优化模型,对优化医疗保障关系有积极意义。
The research discussed the means of optimizing military medical support relations from the angles of making use of medical service resources reasonably, and helping soldiers to see a doctor conveniently, Through analyzing and quantifying the essential factors among the military medical support relations, the author established the optimization model with the methods of operational research which would be helpful to optimize the military medical support relations.
