TREM-1在脆弱类杆菌脂多糖诱导单核细胞炎症反应中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 脂多糖(LPS)与免疫细胞表面相应的受体结合后可引发一系列信号转导进而诱生大量炎性介质,导致全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)或脓毒症。以往的研究多以大肠杆菌LPS为对象,对于临床厌氧菌感染中最重要的致病菌脆弱类杆菌(bacteroides fragilis,B.fragilis的LPS研究较少。髓系触发受体-1(TREM-1)是新近发现的表达于单核/巨噬细胞等髓系细胞表面的激活型受体,能在细菌或LPS等的刺激下触发髓系细胞产生大量炎性因子,从而在炎症反应的触发和放大过程中起重要作用。本文拟通过体外单核细胞炎症反应模型,观察TREM-1在转录及翻译水平的表达情况,以探讨其是否参与脆弱类杆菌LPS所致炎症反应。
