摘要
提出了电信固网运营企业转型的本质,是将经营重心由电信网络运营转向为用户提供个性化综合信息服务,经营领域从现有的网络接入服务拓展到对各类信息的汇聚、集成和提供.在网络转型的基础上,重建新的内容服务定价机制,最后达到重塑产业价值链,并取得主导地位的目的.本文提出了电信信息超市的概念,给出其总体架构,阐述了全新的超市宽带平台商业模式及其建设,提出了宽带接入服务个人化的概念.电信信息超市的出现,可以建立新的经营模式,促进信息消费需求增长,带动CP(content provider)市场的极大繁荣,从而有力推动电信固网运营商转型进程.实践表明,电信信息超市的总体设计是正确的,它的提出对电信企业转型有重要的参考和借鉴价值.
It is proposed that the essence of fixed network operator transformafion is shifting their work emphasis from telecommunication network operation to providing user-centered comprehensive information services. The scope of service is expanded from current network access to informafin convergence integration.Based on network transformation,new price mechanism of information service will be built, and the industrial value chain will be remolded finally. The concept of telecommunication information supermarket is proposed, and its whole design is given subsequently. A brandnew commercial model of the supermarket broadband platform and its establishment are described,and the trend of broadband personality is introduced finally. The emergence of telecommunication information supermarket can lead to a new business model,stimulate consumer demand increasing,make CP(content provider) market prosperous and gain a dominant position in industrial value chain.Results show that this whole design of telecommunication information supermarket is correct,and it has great significance and important reference value to enterprise transform.
