摘要
CTI是随着计算机与通信技术迅速发展起来的一个技术领域 ,CTI技术跨越计算机技术和电信技术两大领域 ,涉及的内容很多 ,已有广泛的应用。多种技术基于一定协议的有机结合是CTI技术的关键。而基于Internet、ATM、无线网络 ,支持多媒体信息的CTI系统将是其未来发展趋势。
CTI is a new technology that has developed quickly with the developing of computer and communication technology. Relating to computer and telecommunic a tion technology CTI include many content and has been applied in many field. Th e key of CTI technology is that many technologies well integrate found on common protocol. Based on Internet, ATM and wireless network supporting multimedia me ssage is the developmental trend of CTI.
