摘要
目的:探讨生脉饮加减治疗慢性心衰的作用机制。方法:将门诊40例慢性心衰病人随机分为治疗组与对照组:治疗组用生脉饮加减治疗,其基础用药不变;对照组则仅继续口服原基础用药,疗程1个月,治疗前后观察两组临床表现,左室舒张功能及心功能变化。结果:治疗组胸闷心慌及乏力等症状明显改善,E/A比值提高,大于1.00,心功能好转,与对照组比较差异显著。结论:生脉饮加减可改善慢性心衰病人的临床表现及左室舒张功能,降低心功能分级,减慢心室重塑,较单独应用西药疗效明显。
Objective： To discuss the mechanism of effect of Shengmai decoction treating chronic heart failure. Methods： To divide randomly 40 case patients into treatment group and control group. 20 control patients were treated with routine methods ; the other 20 case patients combined with the Shengmai Decoction. Results ： The symptoms of treatment group and their E/A improved , compared to the control group , the difference is big, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ： Shengmai decoction can improve the symptoms of the patients of chronic heart failure and ventricular remodeling. It is better than medicine alone.
