摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭50例临床疗效。方法100例慢性充血性心力衰竭,心功能Ⅲ到Ⅳ级患者,分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,治疗组采用中药强心合剂并配合西药,对照组采用纯西药治疗,疗程4周。结果治疗组射血分数(EF)、心博量(SV)、氧分压(PaO2)增加,舒张末期内径(LVDd)缩小,心率(HR)减慢,室上性早博(SVPCs)、室性早博(VPCs)减少,与对照组比较和用药前后比较均有显著差异。结论中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定。
Objective: Observe the therapeutic effect of 50 cases who get chronic congestive heart failure with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 100 cases who get chronic congestive heart failure, who′s heart function were Ⅲ or Ⅳ grade, were devided into therapeutic group and contrast group, each 50 casas,the therapeutic group used traditional Chinese to intensify heart function combined with western medicine, and the contrast group treated with western medicine only, period of treatment were four weeks. Results: The index EF, SV, PaO2 of treatment group increased, LVDd reduced, HR slower, SVPCS re duced, there were significant difference compared with contrast group or no treatment. Conclusion: It has good effect therapy of chronic congestive heart failure with traditional Chinese integrate western medicine.
