摘要
目的:观察抗心衰胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:选择符合充血性心力衰竭诊断标准的病人108例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组;两组入选者除按CHF常规治疗外,治疗组加用抗心衰胶囊,12粒/次,3次/d,口服。结果:两组治疗30 d后,治疗组心功能改善显效率、有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:抗心衰胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效肯定,特别是对气虚血瘀夹热型、心肾阳虚型效果良好,对水气凌心型效果一般。
Objective： To explore the effect of kangxinshai capsule in treating congestive heart failure.Methods： 108 patients of CHF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Two groups（CHF） enrolled in the conventional therapy,treatment group matching kangxinshai capsule,12 capsule,tid,po.Results： Two treatment group,after 30 d cardiac function,the total effective rate,explicit efficiency of treatment group than in control group significantly（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion： This study showed that kangxinshai capsule heart for congestive heart failure has the curative effect of qi difficiency and blood stasis,Yangdeficiency both heart and kidney besides water-retention affecting heart.
