摘要
目前,我国的房地产业在快速发展的同时也带来了一系列的社会问题,引起了社会对房地产企业承担社会责任问题的广泛关注。构建和谐社会人人有责,房地产企业作为社会的一分子当然不能缺席。本文针对房地产企业承担社会责任的现状、问题及必要性进行了分析,提出了强化房地产企业社会责任的对策性建议。
Nowadays,the real estate in our country has made a rapid development And meanwhile,it also brings about series of social problems,which has evoked a wide focus from a whole society on the social responsibilities taken by the real estate enterprises.It is everyone＇s responsibility to build up our harmonious society,so it＇s no exception with the real estate enterprises.This thesis analyzes the present situations,problems and necessitises of the social responsibilities taken by the real estate enterprises,and then puts forward some constructral suggestions on emphasizing the social responsibilities of the real estate enterprises.
