摘要
当前,各国理论界和实践界都加强了对企业社会责任相关问题的研究。当企业资本积累到一定程度后,只有恰当地履行相应的社会责任,才能树立良好的社会形象。同时,履行社会责任也是企业提升管理水平和打造竞争优势的重要手段,有利于促进企业良性发展。我国企业履行社会责任的整体水平相对较低,应该在增强企业内部治理的同时,加强外部力量的监督和约束,注重内部治理与外部力量的耦合,充分发挥经济动因、制度动因和伦理动因的推动作用,切实提高企业履行社会责任的积极性和主动性。
At present, all theorists and practitioners in all countries have strengthened the research on issues related to corporate social responsibility. Only properly fulfill their social responsibilities, can the enterprises establish good social images when their capitals accumulate to a certain extent. At the same time, fulfilling social responsibility is also an important means for enterprises to enhance their management level and create competitive advantages, which is conducive to promoting the healthy development of enterprises. The overall level of corporate social responsibility fulfillment in China is relatively low. We should strengthen supervision and restraint of external power while strengthening corporate internal governance. We should pay attention to the coupling of internal governance and external power, give full play to the economic motivation, institutional motivation and ethical motivation role, and effectively improve the corporate social responsibility to fulfill the initiative and initiative.
