摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定四物合剂中阿魏酸的含量。色谱柱:ZORBAX 300SB-C18;流动相:乙腈-1%三乙胺溶液(10∶90);检测波长:320 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min^-1;柱温:27℃;进样量:20μL。线性范围为9.3-28.0μg.mL^-1,r=0.9998;平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为1.1%。该方法快速简便、准确可靠,重现性好,分离效果佳。可用于四物合剂的质量控制。
A reverse-phase HPLC method was described for the determination of ferulic acid in Siwu Heji. The separation was performed on ZORBAX 300SB- C18 column, using acetonitrile- 1% triethylamine (10 : 90) as mobile phase, detected at 320 nm. The flow rate was at 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the column temperature was 27℃. The linear range of ferulic acid was 9.3 - 28. 0 μg · mL^-1, r =0. 9998, the average recovery was 101.6% and RSD was 1.1%. This method is rapid, simple, sensitive, accurate, reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Siwu Heji.
