基于熵权系数的天然气长输管线设计方案优选 被引量:3

摘要 传统的天然气管线设计方案优选方法通常容易忽略方案中固有的客观信息。为了使这部分信息在决策时不致丢失,拟将熵概念引入天然气长输管线设计方案的优选中,为此提出了一种结合备选方案固有信息和决策者主观判断力的实用权值系数方法:用层次分析法确定方案中各因素的主观权系数,用信息熵确定客观权系数,最后将主客观系数相结合对备选方案进行优选。对备选的13个天然气长输管线设计方案应用此模型,对备选各方案中的9个因素按照工艺指标(5个)和经济指标(4个)进行划分。最终得到的优选结果与实际所选方案一致,说明了该模型的实用性和有效性。 The traditional optimization methods of the long-distance natural gas pipeline design proposals always overlooked the inherent external information of project.Therefore,the concept of entropy was introduced into the optimization to avoid the loss of information in decision-making.A method of real weight coefficient was put forward which combines project inherent information and decision-maker's subjective sense together.In this method,subjective weight factors in project is determined through hierarchic analysis process while external weight factors through information entropy.Both two factors are then combined to optimize the selection of alternative projects.This model was applied to 13 alternative long-distance natural gas pipeline design proposals in which 9 factors were measured off according to 5 technologic indexes and 4 economic indexes.It's proved to be practical and effective because of the coherence of results using this model and others.
