摘要
研究了镍基单晶高温合金CMSX-3的铸态组织与偏析行为,探讨了预时效处理对单晶合金偏析行为的影响。结果表明,在固溶与时效处理中间加入预时效处理可有效消除单晶合金组织与成分的不均匀性。
In this paper, two problems were investigated-the casting structures and segregation behavires. The effects of pre-aging treatment on segregation behavire of Ni-based single crystal superalloy CMSX-3 were also studied. The results have shown that the pre-aging treatment can effectively improve the un-uniformity of structure and composition of CMSX-3 SC alloy
