摘要
有机先驱体热解转化法是合成先进陶瓷材料的一种重要途径。先驱体的不融化处理(交联)则是保证陶瓷性能的关键因素。介绍了辐射交联不融化处理技术的研究进展,并与热氧化交联法和过氧化物引发交联法作了比较,表明用辐射交联法能实现产物的高纯度,有利于提高陶瓷材料的耐热限和强度。
Pyrolytic conversion of organic precursors is an important way to synthesize
advanced ceramie materials. Curing the precusor to make it infusible is a key factor to obtain ceramies with high quality. In this paper, the progress of radiation crosslinking curing technology research is reviewed and compared with thermal oxydation curing and perroxide initiation curing methods. It showes that radiation crosslinking curing provides a beneficial method to realize high purity, and to improve the properties of the ceramie materials such as heat-resistant temperature and tensile strength.
