摘要
应用倒置显微镜及扫描电镜,对植入大鼠腹腔的经过肝素预处理24小时及对照组的各12枚后房型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)人工晶体光学部的表面细胞反应进行了观察。结果发现有巨噬细胞、类上皮细胞、成纤维细胞样细胞、异物巨细胞及淋巴细胞粘附在人工晶体表面。经肝素预处理组细胞多呈单个、分散存在,细胞形态活化弱于对照组。提示吸附在人工晶体表面的肝素分子有稳定巨噬细胞的功能,降低其活化水平,从而减弱人工晶体表面细胞反应。
Inverted microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe the cellular response on the sruface of 24 posterior chamber polymethylmethacrylate intraocular lens (PMMA PC IOL)which implanted in mouse peritoneal space.Half of the lens were sunk in the heparin solution for 24 hours before operation.The result showed that the major cellular components on the surface of implanted lens consisted of macrophage、epitheloid cells、fibroblast like cells、foreign body giant cells and lymphocytes.It also showed that cells on the lens treated by heparine growed singlely,activation of the cellular morphology was weaker than the control group.The experimental results suggested that heparin molecule absorbed to the PMMA IOL surface can protect macrophage to remain stability.Thus weaken the response on the surface of implanted PMMA IOL.
