摘要
用电刺激方法检测了予以不同处理的正常及高脂模型兔的电致室颤阈值(EVFT),结果显示,喂饲淡水鱼油组较对照组高脂模型家兔的电致室颤阈值为高(P<0.01),表明鱼油具有稳定心肌细胞膜电生理特性的作用,这可能是长期服用鱼油的人群冠心病心脏发作事件虽未减少,但恶性心脏事件发生率低,以致死亡率降低的原因之一。
The electrical ventricular fibrillation threshold (EVFT) in normal and hyperlipemia rabbit model were detected with electrical stimulation methord. The result showed: EVFT of hyperlipemia group raised with fish oil were significantly higher than of the control group (P<0.01). This suggested that fish oil played an role in steading membrane electrophysiolgic property of cardiac myocytes and might be one of the reason that the mortility of ischemic heart disease were lowered while the incidence of heart attacks were not attenuated in populations consuming a diet rich in fish oil.
