摘要
测定氯丙嗪和黄连对42株白色念珠菌的MIC值范围分别为20～45μg/ml、30～60μg/ml,两药联合为5～15μg/ml+10～20μg/ml,FIC指数0.38±0.12;MBC值范围分别为60～80μg/ml,100～150μg/ml,两药联合为10～35μg/ml+30～55μg/ml,FBC指数为0.36±0.09。抑菌动态曲线表明联合用药可使抑菌最低点时间提前,活菌数减少。透射电镜证实联合用药破坏作用较单药强大。
The effects of chlorpromazin(CPZ), Coptis Chinensis Franch(CCF) and in combination against Candida albicans(C. alb.) was studied. The MIC ranges of CPZ, CCF and in combination against 42 strains C. alb. were 20-45μg/ml, 30-60μg/ml and 5-15μg/ml+10-20μg/ml, The FIC index was 0.38±0.12. The MBC ranges of CPZ, CCF and in combination were 60-80μg/ml, 100-150μg/ml and 10-35μg/ml+30-55μg/ml, The FBC index was 0.36±0.09.The drug synergism effect was evident in combination. Time-drug effects of CPZ, CCF and in combination against C.alb. strain 11 were examied. It showed that the time on the lowest level against C.alb. was ahead of schedule, the number of living cells was reduced in combination than the drugs alone. Under electron microscope examination, the cellular damage was serious and faster in combination than the drugs alone.
