摘要
目的探讨趾甲覆盖技术在治疗足趾甲床破裂创面中的应用。方法应用趾甲覆盖技术治疗甲床破裂患者54例(66趾)。结果术后随访2周～8个月,依据伤趾修复评定标准,优62趾,良2趾,差2趾,总体优良率达97%。结论趾甲覆盖技术能最大限度地恢复趾甲形态,修复趾甲损伤,简便可靠,值得推广。
Objective To investigated the clinical application of the situ covering of toenail in repairing the broken＇ surface of toe hyponychium. Methods 66 broken hyponychium in 54 cases were treated by the toenail situ covering. Results All cases were followed up for 2 weeks to 8 months. There were excellent in 62 toes, good in 2 toes,false in 2 toes,and the excellent and fine rate was 97%, according to the repairing standard of injured toes. Conclusion The technique of situ covering of toenail is a reliable and convenient method for repairing the broken toe hyponychium, which is worthy to be popularized.
