摘要
Snodgrass术有操作简单、效果理想、外观良好、尿道不长毛发等优点,目前已成国内外修复尿道下裂最常应用手术方式。尿瘘是Snodgrass术最常见并发症,应用组织瓣覆盖成形尿道,能有效降低术后尿瘘。本文拟对组织覆盖技术在Snodgrass术治疗尿道下裂的相关应用研究进展进行综述,以提高组织覆盖技术在Snodgrass术治疗尿道下裂中的应用,降低术后尿瘘发生率。
At present,Tubularized incised plate urethroplasty（ Snodgrass procedure） have already been used as one of the most usual procedures to treat hypospadias,whose most common complication is urinary fistula.Flap covering approaches can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary fistula,improve the efficacy of the Snodgarss procedure and avoid complications.The research advance on the flap covering approaches in the Snodgrass surgery is reviewed.
