摘要
从１９９２年１月到１９９４年１月，对急诊甲床损伤３０例３８指，甲畸形１０例１３指进行择期治疗。依据解剖，生理等进行显微外科修复，取得了良好疗效．介绍了手术要点及适应证选择，并讨论了部份急诊手术效果不理想的原因。对甲畸形成因进行了回顾往分析。
Abstract A series of 30 cases acute finger nail injury and 10 cases post-traumatic nail deformity had been treated from Jan, 1992to Jab, 1994.The cases were operated with microsurgical technique according to their anatomic and pathologic characteristics and favorable results were obtained.The Procedures and indication of the operation are presented.The possible causes of the failed cases are discussed.
