摘要
现阶段,黑龙江省食品生产领域质量安全存在着生产经营主体水平低下,安全标准不尽合理,风险监测和评估机制尚未建立等一系列问题。在此形势下,食品安全监管部门应通过完善食品生产市场准入制度并加强对小作坊的管理,调整食品安全技术标准,建立食品安全信用体系等一系列措施加强食品安全监管,提高食品安全质量。
Currently, there exist several quality issues in Heilongjiang Food Production, including low-level operators, less compatible safety criterion, unfounded risk monitoring and assessing systems. In this case, to strengthen food-safety supervision and increase food safety, supervision departments should take measures: completing market access system for food production, enhancing administration to individual workshops, regulating food-safety technical standard, and establishing food-safety credit system, etc.
