摘要
纳米二氧化钛利用共混法改性丙烯酸树脂,透射电镜图表明粉体颗粒粒径没有发生明显变化;红外光谱显示粉体对树脂υ-OH峰强有抑制作用;共混改性后乳液的黏度随粉体含量的提高而增加;膜抗张强度在粉体含量1%时达到最大值;膜的吸水率在粉体含量1%时,吸水率增加幅度最小。
Acrylic resin finishing agent was modified by blending Nano - TiO2. The pictures of TEM indicate that the powder particle size does not increase during blending; The figs of IR show that the particles have depression effect on the absorption peak of v- OH ; After blending, the viscosity of emulsion increases with the powder content and when powder content is 1%, the water absorption of polymer membrane is the minimum and the tensile strength of it is the maximal.
