纳米TiO_2/丙烯酸树脂复合膜性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 在工业底涂用丙烯酸树脂乳液中加入分散均匀的纳米TiO2,干燥后得到纳米TiO2丙烯酸树脂复合膜。通过对不同的纳米TiO2含量的复合膜接触角,透气量,抗张强度测量和霉菌培养试验,并结合电子扫描电镜(SEM)照片,得出在本实验条件下,纳米TiO2质量分数为3%时复合膜的透气性能,物理机械性能和抗菌防霉性能均达到最优,纳米TiO2质量分数为1%时复合膜的疏水性能有大幅提高,过量的纳米TiO2会导致粒子自身团聚,降低膜的应用性能。结论表明:通过混入适量均匀分散的纳米TiO2改性丙烯酸树脂,可以提高复合膜的性能。 The adequate dispersed nano-TiO2 was blended into the acrylic resin latex and then the Nano-TiO2/acrylic resin thin films were acquired after drying. Contact angle, permeability, tensile strength and mildewproof performance were determined as the function of nano-TiO2 content. Optimum film properties of hydrophobicity was obtained with 1% nano-TiO2, but air permeability, physical and mechanical performance and the mildewproof performance were obtained with 3% nano-TiO2. It is supposed that the higher proportions of nano-TiO2 resulted in agglomeration of TiO2 particles and deterioration in film properties and the reason can be also explained by the images of Electronic Scanner Microscope (SEM). The results show that the application performances of the complex film would be improved with blending adequately dispersed Nano-TiO2 into acrylic resin.
