摘要
目的探讨脑钠素(BNP)与充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中医辨证分型的关系。方法测定来自本院心内科住院及门诊的60例CHF病人血浆BNP水平及左室射血分数,并与30例肺部疾病所致呼吸困难者(对照组)比较。结果CHF病人血浆BNP水平为563.00pg/mL±6.40pg/mL,明显高于对照组的15.27pg/mL±3.70pg/mL,心阳虚证为443.97pg/mL高于心气虚证的44.47pg/mL,且随着心功能分级的递增BNP水平呈上升趋势,左室射血分数呈下降趋势。结论血浆BNP可以作为充血性心力衰竭的敏感指标,为中医辨证提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the relation between brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） and differentiation of TCM in congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods The BNP of plasma and left ventricular ejection fraction were tested in 60 patients （pts） with CHF. The data was compared with that of 30 pts with pulmonary disease. Results The BNP of plasrna （563. 00 pg/mL± 6. 40 pg/mL） inCHFwas higher obviously than that （15.27 pg/mL ± 3.70 pg/mL） in the control group. The BNP of plasma （443.97 pg/mL） in pts with deficiency of the Heart - yang was higher than that （44.47 pg/mL） in pts with deficiency of the Heart - qi. Conclusion The BNP of plasma was a sensitive index in CHF and it was useful for differentiation of TCM.
