摘要
充血性心力衰竭是指在有适量静脉回流的情况下,由于心脏收缩及/或舒张功能障碍,心排血量不足以维持组织代谢需要的一种病理状态。中医辨证心衰为本虚标实之证,心肺、气阴亏虚为其病本,气虚血瘀为基础病机。故治以益气温阳、活血化瘀、化气利水为基本治法。早期治疗宜以益气活血为主,中晚期治疗宜以温阳利水为主,阴虚明显者可合滋阴之法。
The congestive heart failure is the pathological state that the cardiac output can not survive organize metabolize cased by disorder of relaxation and contraction,in the case of appropriate venous return.In Chinese medicine,the CHF is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,which pathogenic factor is deficiency of heart and lung,qi and yin,.while the basic pathogenesis is blood stasis and qi deficiency.The therapeutic methods are wanning yang and benefiting qi,promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis,transforming qi to drain water.The early therapy is benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation.In the middle and late therapy,we should wanning yang to drain water.The syndrome yin-deficiency can use the treatment combined with replenishing yin.
