以问题为基础的学习方法在放射诊断学教学中的应用 被引量:12

The application of problem-based learning in diagnostic radiology teaching

摘要 在医学影像学专业的放射诊断学课程中引入以问题为基础的教学法(problem-basedlearning,PBL),以问卷调查结果作为评估依据,与传统的以授课为基础的教学法进行对比分析。结果显示,PBL教学法对学生学科知识的掌握、扩展知识的深度和广度、学习积极性的提高有很大帮助,尤其是对培养自学能力和综合分析能力效果显著,教学质量明显提高。 To estimate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) in diagnostic radiology teaching, the problem-based learning was introduced to diagnostic radiology teaching in medical imaging specialty of China Medical University. Problem-based learning was compared with conventional lecture-based learning according to the investigation results as evaluation index. PBL has great values in improving the intellective mastering and the enthusiasm of learning, and expanding the depth and scopes of knowledge. PBL was prominence in cultivating the capabilities of self-study and integrated analysis. It can improve the learning effect markedly.
