摘要
本文对医学人才的主要特点及成才规律进行了探讨。首先,从阐明医学人才内涵及其类型入手对医学人才概念进行了界定;其次,指出医学人才具有社会期望值高、综合素质好、培养周期性长以及职业实践性强等四大特点;第三,揭示了医学人才成长的四大规律：掌握医学以及相关学科的基础理论知识是重要基础,把握临床科学方法和形成临床思维能力是关键因素,不断总结临床实践和积累临床经验是必要条件,开展科学研究、创造性解决临床疑难问题是主要标志。
This paper probes into the main characteristics and common patterns of the medical talented person. Firstly, it defines the medical talented person＇ s concept from clarifying its content and type. Secondly, it analyzes the four greatest characteristics of a medical talented person with high social expectations, good comprehensive character, long development period and strong occupation practice etc. Thirdly, it reveals the four greatest common patterns of a medical talented person. An important foundation is mastering medical science and related basic knowledge. A key factor is holding a clinical method and developing clinical thinking. The essential condition is tallying up clinical practice and accumulating clinical experience continuously, and the main marking is doing science research and solving clinical problem with creativety.
