讨论了不同密度EPS泡沫塑料的单向压缩性能,给出四种不同密度EPS材料的能量吸收性能图线和能量吸收效率-应力关系图,并阐述了在缓冲包装设计中利用材料的能量吸收效率-应力曲线合理选择材料密度的方法,有助于缓冲包装设计的科学化和精确化。
The compression behavior of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with different density was discussed, the energy absorption curves and the relationship of energy absorption efficiency with stress of four EPS with different density were given. The density choice of foamed plastics for cushion design by energy absorption effficiency-stress curves was described, which was helpful to the scientific and accurate design.
