玻/涤混杂3D机织复合材料的准静态冲击性能 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了多种玻/涤纤维混杂后纤维体积含量的计算方法,通过改变混杂比设计了4种线型,并对复合材料冲击性能进行测试。研究表明:混入涤纶后复合材料会产生明显的混杂效应,经预测当涤纶体积分数约为74.55%时,复合材料能量吸收性能最好。 Hybrid fiber reinforced plastics (HFRP) is a new type composite. In this article, a calculation formula for fiber volume fraction of hybrid fibers was deduced. Four linear was designed though changing the hybrid ratio, and the impact properties was studied. The result indicates that the composites mixed with polyester fibers have a significant hybrid effect. The absorbed energy will be the highest when the content of the polyester fiber is about 74.55%.
