摘要
本文以EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料)防震包装材料为研究对象,对平板和平板上带有两个半圆柱结构的这两种材料进行了冲击特性的对比研究.考虑到材料的结构问题,依据非线性粘弹性理论,建立起相应的数学模型,然后.通过应力松弛试验,用非线性最小二乘法中的LM法对模型进行曲线拟合,从而识别模型参数.最后,对这两种材料进行了冲击试验.冲击试验结果与理论计算结果吻合较好,从而证明我们的理论研究是符合客观实际的.
Characterization of two kinds of EPS cushion materials under impact loads is exploded.Considering the structure of cushion materials models of the cushion materials are established using non-linear viscoelastic theory.The parameters of the models are determined by using non-linesar programme by means of the stress relaxation test. The mathematical models have been proved by shock tests.
