摘要
通过实验研究了加入特殊硅、膨胀石墨对Al2O3-C质耐火材料中SiC晶须形成的影响.测定了其常温耐压和高温抗折强度.结果表明,加入特殊硅及膨胀石墨可使SiC晶须发育得更好,并且通过正交设计计算出了添加剂的最佳用量为:1.5%特殊硅和0.
Several additives have been used to make the whiskers in the Al 2O 3 C composite grow as well as possible.The flexural strength at elevated temperature and the cold crushing strength of the samples have been measured. The microstructures of the products have been observed by means of SEM, and the mechanism of the formation of silicon carbide whiskers have been discussed. It is found that the whiskers grow better by adding some special silica and active carbon because SiC whiskers greatly have improved the mechanical properties of the refractories. In addition, the optimal amount of additives is 1.5% special silica and 0.5% active carbon.
