摘要
主要介绍了Al-Si复合Al2O3-C滑板、Al-Si复合Al2O3-ZrO2-C滑板和Al-Si复合MgO-MgAl2O4-C滑板的研究与应用情况。Al、Si等的引入,使滑板制备工艺简化,烧成温度降低,生产流程缩短,并可提高滑板的高温强度、抗热震性和抗氧化性等关键性能。
Progress in research and application of Al-Si composite Al2O3-C slide plate, Al-Si composite Al2O3-ZrO2-C slide plate and Al-Si composite MgO-MgAl2O4-C slide plate was introduced. The preparation process of slide plate was simplified, firing temperature was lowered and production flow was shortened when Al-Si was incorporated,as well as hot strength,thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance were improved.
