摘要
以稻壳为原料是合成SiC_w的一个重要方法,本文对VLS机理下SiC_w的生长速率控制步骤进行了研究,并以此研制了新的复合催化剂,提高了生成速率。结果表明,稻壳原料中SiO_2与C在高温下生成SiO的反应不仅是生成SiC_p,也是生成SiC_w的生长速率控制步骤。
It is an important method that synthetic SiC whisker from rice hulls. In this paper, the rate-determining step of the SiC whisker grown by VLS process was studied, and a new composite catalyst that enhanced the reaction rate had been researched. It was found that the reaction generated SiO from SiO2 and C in rice hulls with high temperature was not only the rate-determining step of generating SiC particle , but also SiC whisker.
