摘要
企业参与农业经营项目是农业产业化的重要形式,但是企业在参与农业产业化经营项目的过程中也存在一些风险。以企业与农户采取合同契约模式参与农业项目的风险为例进行了分析,并且探讨了相应的防范措施。
The industrialization of agricttlture is the developing trend of current agriculture in China,and is supported by policy and law.h is one of main forms that enterprises take part in agrictthural development. There are mere than ten thousands of enterprises have done that, but some risks accompanies the process.In the essay the mode of contract which combined enterprises with farmers together was an example,At last,the preventing measures were discussed.
