摘要
对北冬虫夏草在不同的碳源、氮源、碳氮比以及pH条件下进行了菌丝生长研究。结果表明：在所测试的碳源中生长最适的是可溶性淀粉;氮源中是酵母粉;碳氮比是30：1;pH 4.5~9.0菌丝均可生长,但以pH 7.0~7.5生长最为适宜。
Myeelia growth of Cordyceps militarisc （L.）link was studied under different C sources, N sources, C/N and pH. The results showed that the optimal C source was soluble starch and the optimal C source was yeast powder. The best C/N was 30： 1. Cordyceps militarisc eould grow in the range of pH4.5 - pH9.0, but the optimal was between pH7.0 - pH7.5.
