摘要
[目的]明确磁处理对蛹虫草[Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link.]菌丝生长的影响,为磁处理在蛹虫草菌丝生产中的应用提供理论依据和参数。[方法]设置不同磁场强度和不同处理时间的组合条件,采用菌丝重量法研究磁处理对菌丝生长量的生物学效应,并筛选出最佳的磁场处理组合。[结果]不同处理条件对蛹虫草菌丝生长量的生物学效应不同,产生正生物学效应的最佳磁处理条件为1.250T/10 min。[结论]得出蛹虫草最佳的磁处理条件,为磁处理在蛹虫草菌丝生产中的应用提供了理论依据。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of magnetic treatment on the growth of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link.,so as to provide theoretical evidences and parameters for the application of magnetic treatment in the production of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link.hyphae.[Method] By setting different combination conditions with different magnetic intensity and treatment duration,the biological effects were studied with hyphae-weight method and the optimal magnetic treatment combination was screened out.[Result]The impact of different treatments on the biological effect were significant different,and the optimum treatment was 1.25 T/10 min.[Conclusion] The optimal magnetic treatment is obtained in this study,which provides theoretical basis for the application of magnetic treatment in the production of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link.hyphae.
